When placing an order with Little Sissy you agree to the terms and conditions as stated below:
Order and payment:
As soon as your order has been placed with Little Sissy, you will receive a confirmation email.
Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation. advance payment to account number NL71 ABNA 0248403575, attn. LITTLESISSY, stating name and order number. If payment is not made within this payment term, the order will be automatically canceled.
PLEASE NOTE: Items made and ordered on request cannot be canceled. The buyer is obliged to purchase and pay for these items specially made for the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery:
Delivery takes place while stocks last. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the total amount has been credited to my account. For items that are made to order, the delivery time is in consultation and longer than 2-5 working days
Delivery takes place at the delivery address stated by the buyer, and Little Sissy can never be held liable if the buyer provides this address incorrectly. If you have placed an order via the site, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an order confirmation by email within 48 hours, please contact me. Something probably went wrong.
Send:
The prices on the site do not include shipping, administration and packaging costs. If the weight and size of the order permits, orders will be sent as letterbox post as much as possible. The goods are packed as carefully as possible.
It is of course also possible to send an order by registered or insured mail, but the costs for this are at your own expense. If this is desired, please indicate this as an additional comment when ordering.

No shipping costs will be charged for orders over €150.
Returns:
You can exchange or return your order within 7 days after it has been completed, provided it is undamaged, unworn, unopened and in the original packaging. In all cases you must contact Little Sissy within 48 hours. The shipping costs are at your own expense, as are the costs in the event of damage or loss during transport of items sent by you.
Important: Items made on request cannot be exchanged. When returning items, we need your name, account number, address and order number. After confirmation from Little Sissy, the item can be returned properly packaged and with sufficient postage to: Little Sissy (address is stated on the order confirmation). The purchase amount will then be refunded to your account as soon as possible. If the package does not arrive at Little Sissy, the right to a refund will lapse.
Liability:
Little Sissy is in no way liable for damage caused by the use of the delivered items. Stickers must be applied with care and the adhesive instructions must be followed. Also like removing (for example) the wall stickers. These must be removed with care. Little Sissy is not liable for damage to the wall, paint or furniture.
When it comes to toys and accessories, pay close attention to your child when putting handmade items in their mouths. Therefore, read the “washing instructions and tips” carefully before use!

Complaints:
Complaints should preferably be submitted by e-mail, info@littlesissy.nl. You will then be contacted as soon as possible. Little Sissy strives for a solution.

The items may appear different in real life than in the photos posted on this website. Colors and sizes may differ from reality due to screen resolution, lighting and optical distortion. The customer cannot therefore derive any rights from the photos posted on this website.
